食材
熬過高湯的昆布,適量
金針菇,1包
水,600 ml
醬油,60 ml
冰糖,6顆
薑,2片
白芝麻,適量
作法
1.煮高湯的昆布不要丟棄,沖水、切絲。金針菇清洗後對切。
2.昆布和金針菇放入鍋內加水600ml、醬油60ml、冰糖和薑;煮30分鐘。
3.拌入白芝麻後即可食用;若吃不完也可放入冰箱冷藏做涼菜。
konbu & needle mushroom simmered
Ingredients:
konbu(simmered in broth), proper amount
needle mushroom, 1 package
water, 600 ml
soy sauce, 60 ml
crystal sugar, 6
ginger , 2 pieces
white sesame seeds, proper amount
Directions:
1. Don’t discard the konbu that has been simmered in broth, let konbu be flushed and sliced. Bisect needle mushroom after cleaning.
2. Put konbu and needle mushroom into the pot, add water 600 ml, soy sauce 60 ml, sugar and ginger; cook for 30 minutes.
3. After mixing with white sesame seeds, that can be eaten; if you can't eat up, you may also place in the refrigerator for cold dishes.
