鹹蛋2個
作法
1.苦瓜去籽、切片。
2.切好片的苦瓜汆燙~這樣比較不會苦。
3.起一油鍋放入2大匙油,將鹹蛋切碎後入鍋~一直煮到起黃色小泡泡。
4.再把汆燙好的苦瓜加入拌炒~讓苦瓜上都沾有鹹蛋~盛盤,完工。
bitter gourd with salted egg
Ingredients:
1 bitter gourd
2 salted egg
Directions:
1. Seed and slice bitter gourd.
2. Blanch the sliced bitter gourd – less bitter.
3. Heat the wok pan slightly with 2 tsp of oil, add chopped salted egg.
It is cooked until small yellow bubbles happen.
4. Add the blanched bitter gourd, stirring evenly – so bitter gourd can be
stained with salted egg entirely, dish, completed.
