作法
1.將蛋打散;起油鍋至高溫,將打好的蛋液透過撈網滴入油鍋,將蛋液炸至金黃略焦,撈起備用。
2.蒜切片,油鍋爆香蒜末。
3.放入絲瓜、拌炒,煮至絲瓜出水熟軟,加鹽調味。
4.把剛炸好的蛋酥放入煮一下即可。

2 eggs

Directions:
