海苔肉鬆,適量
黑白芝麻,少許
調味
烤肉醬,1大匙
味霖,1茶匙
作法
1. 烤肉醬、味霖拌勻備用成調味醬。
2. 使用隔熱袋,添取白飯鋪平,加入海苔肉鬆,再覆蓋白飯,抓起隔熱袋整理成
圓形。
3. 刷子沾少許調味醬,均勻刷上圓形白飯,再灑上少許黑白芝麻。
4. 放入烤爐,加熱5分鐘即可。
補充
除了當早餐,作為宵夜、點心也不錯,飯糰造型隨自己高興變化;除了烤爐燒烤外,亦可用平底鍋
處理:不放油,直接將刷有醬汁面朝下,中小火燒烤約2分。
Japanese rice ball
Ingredients:
plain white rice, 1 bowl
seaweed pork sung, proper amount
black/white sesame seeds, a little
Seasonings:
barbecue sauce, 1 tbsp
mirin, 1 tsp
Directions:
1. Mix barbecue sauce and mirin to make seasoning standby.
2. Use insulated bag, add plain white rice(rice), pave, add seaweed pork sung,
then covered with rice, grab the insulated bag organized into a round.
3. Dip the brush in a little seasoning, brush on the round rice evenly, then
sprinkle with a little black and white sesame seeds.
4. Put into the oven, heat for 5 minutes.
