黑胡椒,適量
作法
1. 火腿下鍋煎香,切條備用。
2. 韭菜、豆芽菜加半碗水與火腿條、適量鹽拌炒,加蓋悶煮1分鐘。
3. 起鍋前加入適量黑胡椒翻炒即可盛盤。
bean sprouts with ham
Ingredients:
ham, 3~4 pieces
bean sprouts, 1/2 catty
chives, 2~3 blades
Seasonings:
salt, proper amount
black pepper, proper amount
Directions:
1. Saute ham and strip standby.
2. Add chives, bean sprouts, half bowl of water with ham, salt to stir-fry. Cover up and
stew for 1 minute.
3. Before dishing up, add proper amount of black pepper to stir-fry.
